Very Nice. Did you use two different types of sand? Can you please tell me the name of the stain you used on your stand.

The sand is all the same. I jujst put the new down first and the old on top. The stain color is Minwax Sedona Red on solid Red Oak wood.

How do you like the oceanmotion? I 'm planning on getting one put I'm scared because of the sand. Any trouble with the om's and sand?

The Ocean Motion works great. Changes the flow in the tank real good. If you have any questions just call Paul at OceansMotions. He is more than willing to help. If you keep the drain lines away from te sand you will have no problems.

OK Dave. If you want to stop over tomorrow around 11:30 the person is picking up the 180. I could use a hand getting it out of the basement.

Not much sand.....I used 2 new 40 pound bags and about 20 pounds of my old stuff.......I looks like alot because I put the rock in first and just put the sand around it.

Hi Mike AKA Tank Predator.....I bumped this up for you to check out the pictures. Let me know what you think. BILL

Thanks for the compliments. I am not sure about the fish yet. I might just stick with what I have for a little while. I did just add an achilles tang.

AWSOME looking tank love the color of the stand......so how do you get away with keeping a skimmer in plain sight???? my wife would draw the line at that one :)

That is good Reefkeeper......Actually she never said much about it. I also have my kalk reactor in plain sight. Maybe the fact it is in the basement (Man Room).
