Hello Goodwin 9.

Absolutely stunning tank !

I see that you have a mixed substrate. Is the bulk of it a fine or medium sand with the coarse / shell scattered on top ?

WOW. What else you have left to add??

I am still looking for a nice Sohal & Achillies tangs. Achillies I got last week was supposed to be 5" but arrived at 2 1/2". They must have forgot to feed on the flight or something. Put him in the 210 and he looks small in that tank. I would really like to start putting some corals in the tank and finish things off. The Fox is really nice. This is the second that I have gotten and both are huge, 5"-6". I just hope this one won't bother the corals going into this tank.

Thank you! It's still a work in progress, but coming along. The substrate was a mixed batch. The flow in the tank sure has sifted it around. He coarser has remained in the open area, where most of the finer has ended up under the rocks and in the caves. I understand now why you see some many bare bottom SPS tanks....After 2 months, I am still getting sand in the mechanical filters between changes.

Os should i of said, are you still ordering all your fish from Jeffs?
No.. I have some other online retailers that have been keeping a lookout for fish for me. They have been letting me know when they have things that I may be interested in which works out nice.

The Dussimer Tang was ordered in from ERI in CA. Both of them have come from there.

A little help

A little help

I am working on a website for this tank and have set up a live web cam while the rest of the site is under construction. If you click on my little red house, this will take you to the page where the web cam is located. It requires Active X to be able to view, so you may be asked if it OK to install. I sure would like any feed back as to whether or not you are able to view the camera, what operating system you are running on your computer, and what browser you are using. This will help me work out any bugs I still may have in the setup. This is my first attempt at this so any feedback would be appreciated!

Website looks good!

All is well in Firefox 2.0 with all the normal things installed.
Thanks for letting me know. I wasn't sure if it would work with Firefox and I didn't have any way of testing...Thanks again!
