I really love this thread. I tried viewing the videos in your link but after installing the Active X control I get this message on the website:

The AXIS Media Control, which enables you to view live image streams in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could not be registered on your computer

Use this link and use the Java Viewer located on the right side of the page to switch between tanks.

That group shot is neat. Let's play "Identify The Tangs" now. :)
Name the Tang Game, I like it! :)

Marc..I think that these are just natural markings on the Mustard tang. Here is another shot of the tang.

I never can remember the name of this tang..I think that it is a black stripe that was shipped to me way back as a Mustard which it is diffidently NOT.

Hey Goodwin9, I finally got my hands on a mustard tang. They call them Jewel tangs up here. Both are the common name for A. guttatus though. Cost me a fortune too. Anyways I noticed that yours has what look like brown smudges on its body and a scuffed up face. Mine has the same. Has yours always had those markings? I Thought maybe mine didnt ship well. I've been a little worried about his health because of them, but perhaps thats the way they look. Mine is the 1st one I've seen in person other than wild ones in Hawaii.

great shots Chuck. did you tell him to say cheese? how big is this guy as his teeth are kinda scary? how do you get them to smile at the camera as i can never do this :D

This tang is about 8" and I am glad that he isn't going for algae on the sides of the tank....

nice job. that blenny likes to live dangerously eh?
I'm not sure.... He likes the penductors and gives them a good cleaning when I shut the pumps down to feed the tank. I'll try and get a picture of that next time.. I've got a yellow that hangs out on them too in the middle of the tank.

I got a few photos, but they aren't that good. It is dark back in the corner. He can hardly wait for the pumps to shut off.....

I really like that mustard tang. Are they expensive?
I've seen them on line any where between $100 to $200. This one I bought locally and got a great deal, less than $100.
