Your purple tang looks like he's got a case of HLLE, either almost healed or just staring.

Cool, I've seen that pattern on quite a few purples but not on other closely related tangs. I always figured they were just more susceptible to HLLE, but some were in very nice systems and well fed.

If you've got any info on it, I'd appreciate it, I was considering offering a purple tang rescue from a local shop.
