My new Bleached out SPS

[Huhhhhh]

Hey everyone look at my new Bleached out SPS. Man this thing totally rocks. It's snow white with a Ice blue sheen and the other one is not so white with a hint of lavender. I sure hope it stays bleached forever. I think this is the wave of the future. No more dirty color SPS's for me. If I can only find out how to bleach out my other ones that would be peachy. :bum:

Oh yeah and if I use the scented one it will smell pretty too. I wonder if the SPS forum is taking notes.

Tim, that's a nice one, I think I got one like it from Scott the other day myself. I helped him glue up about 50 frags I think that day.
His 125 looked like a Key's Island's frag tank LOL.

I bleached some corals for real last week. . The girlfriend washed the filter socks and added to much bleach. She did not tremember for about three days. I was freaking out for about three days. I thought it was the vodka bacteria bloom at first. One good thing is a lot of algae went with the corals too. lol

I don't know what happened to the link, it's a waste of time anyway I just thought all his linking on the subject was mildly entertaining.
BTW my bleached dying yellow with pink & blue tips is doing great so far (knock on wood).
I'll keep you guys posted on the progress and post a photo after the 2-3 week period to see how it's looking.

No you all come to are forum and take ARE post's and POST them for us with out asking if you can do it and we pay GOOD money for good corals that you cant get we are not trying to mock eney one your mocking us by takeing are threads and posting it in the SPS forum Huhhhhh and reefkoi never posted a thread in the SPS fourm asking what you think or trying to mock eney one. So it look's to me that your the one that's SAD you cant get what we have. SO BACK OFF Dave!!!!!!!!!!!

I got one of these frags and this post and challenge led me to do some research. Here's what I found!

I would have hoped for a coral with more color. I got the coral because I was happy with it, and liked the corals color. Real settle and one man's definition of cool, color, or nice is not always the same. I like the coral so far so I don't care what anyone thinks about it.
There is always something to learn in every situation. Read the article, corals change over time no sweat and it sounds like an environmental thing big deal.

This does not change what I'm here for which is to learn and have a good group of hobbyists that I can learn from. I have many other pieces in my tank they all have something that I like. All the pieces are cared for the same, I have gotten a few that suprised me and a few that I will probably trade over time. So what..... thats what its all about.
