My new bulbs

Just got my new bulbs in and going to replace the old ones this weekend. I'm going from ushio 10k's to xm 20k's.

Do you think I still need to screen since par should be lower on the bluer bulb? These are 250watt mogul based on an ice cap ballast.

If it were the other way around I'd say yes. But from 10K to 20K, I wouldn't.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure. Just got done putting the new bulbs in and although I know that the will take some time to burn into true color I love the new look of the 20k's.

Nice you put in the vho bubls to..? I need to stop over and see the big tank with the lights. How did the painting come out the stand all set and done with the tank on it yet. talk to you soon later Brian
