So I've been working on this tank for awhile and i have finally got it up and running just thought I would share still need a few things for it, a means to control Alk and calc which will be a calcium reactor or dosers can't decide which I want, and I would like a controller.

I like the aquascape....nice and simple and will leave room for growth.(something alot of reefers forget)
However, this leaves less biological surface for filtering. I placed MARINEPUR blocks in my sump.

I have about 100lbs of BRS rubble rock in my sump, great for bacteria.

got some frags in now too. About to make a big purchase on sps frags within the next couple weeks. Picking up a semilavartus butterfly and an Achilles tomorrow.

Man! You are picking up some great fish. I placed a marine pure block in my sump as well.

How are the AT and butterfly doing? That butterfly just went on my must have list. Where did you get the black tang from?

What other stock do you have planned?

I didn't use the marine pure block I bought 100 lbs of brs Rock rubble and put it in my sump it seems to be keeping up. AT Is good for now he's been flashing lately so I'm going to treat him as if he has Ich however there is nothing visible yet. Butterfly is good he has flukes but they are gone now. Least no visible ones anyways. I have plans for a polyzona zebra tang but they seem the be that rarest fish on earth so I may get a gem instead waiting to see if any zebras are caught this week weather has been bad tho in Mauritius. I got them black from a vendor on another forum.

Prazi pro killed them dead,

chloroquine phosphate for the Ich


I don't know if I'll get the gem or not they are a lot I keep going back and forth on it
