My new Gigas....

Well everyone knows how I like clams, so when I was at Exotic Tropicals Saturday, Scott had this blue spot Gigas. Well I really liked this one but I left without it because I knew I didn't have the room in the tank. Well Reet15 and prplfirefish said they would babysit my large zooanthid rocks until I got my 33 cube set up, and Jodi really wanted this particular clam, so I bought it on Halloween.

Also, I always forget to mention my discount at our sponsor's stores, but Scott rang it up automatically. That means I got this puppy for $50.:eek1:

This guy is at least 6" across the top.

I got the same colored one at Pet Ranch for $45. I was told they are from the Mass production farms. Does your look blue or green under certain lighting? The dots?

yeah nice color, most are more brown than that one I liked your because it more of a lighter color, almost yellow! we'll see if the color stays that way or gets darker with time

Mine looked exactly like that and turned brown with blue dots under my 400 watters
