Hey guys, after being tank less for a couple years decided to just stop UA to look around. Looking around the store spotted some new tanks I hadnt seen before and fell in love with look of the 30L and had the Justin order me one. First one came with the baffles smashed from playing ping pong with the return pump but lucky for me the second came in tip top shape. This is going to be a slower build as Im waiting on equipment to be released.*

looks great, have you seen any bowing in your tank? There are lots of problems already with these tanks failing, good luck

I haven't seen / heard any issued with the fusion tanks, it's been the tanks with the rounded corners, mostly the 24g iirc.

looks like a bunch of dead rocks to me. Why dont you put some gold fish in there for some color

I have an algae tank right now. Too embarrassed to post my tank after years of neglect.

How's that 30 coming along? I always marvel at small tank reefs. Takes a lot of skill to manage a microhabitat such as yours.

Been awhile so thought I was due for an update. Since the original pictures above I have drained, emptied and cleaned the tank. Even after acid washing the Pukani I couldn't get it to stop leaching so I tore down the tank. I removed the light bar I had an added the RMS and added Wide Angle lenses to my xr30w Pro instead of going with 2x xr15w's. I also went with Reef flakes this time so I could increase my flow with out a sand storm and ordered 30#'s of Manado. If you are on the fence with this rock don't be, it is by far the nicest rock I've had. Anyways to the pictures :

The new rock design looks really nice.
Did you make the mesh top or do those tanks come with it?

Looks nice. I picked up one of the fusion 10gal tanks for my dinning room back in the fall. Hopefully I can get by Justin later this week or next week for another coral.

Hey I am super close to pulling the trigger on this tank,

Other than the ridiculous price, and the garbage media baskets, and the top the never seems to fit right is there any reason for me to hesitate?

I love the tank, it looks great. Yea the basket is terrible but the top actually is designed to fit the way it does to allow power cords from the display come out. I'm going to make a new top since I use Vortechs I don't have wires in the tank :bounce1:I recommend using http://shop.mediabaskets.com baskets as they're built like tanks. Also they have a cheaper solution if your only going to run floss and use reactors.
