Check out this mini brute container I found today.
It's only a 10 G vs the one in the back ground that's a 35G

I thought it was pretty cool and "Cute" if I must say so...
;)

oh man! where did you get that? my 35g one takes up WAY too much space in my apartment. plus people are always puzzled as to why i have a giant trash bin in my room...

I got it from a restaurant supply place in downtown Sac.
Off Hwy 160 into downtown
I can't remember the name though, others may pipe up with the name. It's an old Raleys / Bel Air Warehouse that's now a discount restaurant supply place.

It was only like $13.00 (About the cost of a 5G at Lowes)
And it was brand new never been used.

Ah yes.....its the simple things in life that makes us fishnerds happy at the end of the day.

That place has more cool reef geek stuff than any non-fish store should be allowed to have. Definitely worth a visit.

Make sure to get some Dri-Dek next time ya go. Ask if you can't find it. I stick it under stands, pumps, etc. Keeps everything dry and eliminates noise from vibration.

Steve, does it come with a Lid???

Im using a 5 gallon water jug and I go thru one of those in 2-4 days for my nano. But I cant pre-mix salt or anything.

I have seen them at Home Depot in Antioch also

And you can get the Brute Totes in 10 and 18 gallon. They are basically a tote shaped brute can. Or you can get the square brutes in a variety of sizes. We also used the square ones but ended up with a brute tote for our RO/DI reservoir, since the shape better fit into our plans of mounting it up on the wall. :)
