I have added some more power heads to help hit some dead areas. Now i have 2 koralia 4's and 2 koralia 2's. I alos am now running a carbon reactor and a phosban reactor.

There are still some fish i want to add. right now i am thinking about heading to the LFS tonight and seeing if i can get a school of chromis and a orange spot Goby.

I have more pics on my facebook that are not in my photobucket account too. if i get a minute i will load them.

Forgot to metion I am also running a JBJ ATO now too. thing is awesome.

Looking great -thanks for posting the update. Too bad your shrimp disappeared, though!

I'm glad you like the JBJ ATO. I think I have one I never opened that I'll be using on my new tank. I also think I recall liking that it has a timer as a fail-safe in case a float switch sticks.

And your fish look quite healthy!

does you butterfly pick at any of your corals?

i see him eyeing them up here and there and the occasional nip but as long as i feed them several times a day he seems to do pretty well with the ones that i have in there so far. I was at the LFS tonight and bought a school of green chromis. I am thinking about trying a few other species of butterfly and angelfish. Sounds like they will let me get them and if they cecome a problem at least give me in store credit when i bring them back. I really like butterflies. I got 6 chromis btw. Acclimating them right now.

Oh i see. that sounds like a challenge but what isn't fun without a challenge. haha
let me know about your experience with angels though since i'm eyeing a couple for my tank.

As for the chromis, it wouldn't matter much now but i've heard that you should keep chromis in odd numbers, not too sure why. maybe you can figure it out if you have problems :/

I like your fish choices though, if i were daring enough to get butterflies...

i have heard lots of stuff on the chromis. some say 3 or more, some say 6 or more, some say odd numbers etc. I just picked a number and went with it lol. I'll let you know how it goes.

well we have the first chromis casualty already. My wife text me this morning saying that 5 of them were all grouped up with 1 just hanging out all on its own. I figured this would mean that the other 5 would kill him shortly. I just got a text from my wife saying that 5 of them are doing just fine but the one is dead now. Kinda odd because the one that is dead is bigger than most of the rest. I figured the big ones would be fine and the little ones might get picked on.

Looks good, I would be scared putting anything in my system and ive had mine up now for about 90 days and all I have is two damsel and one really large hermit.

You don't have any algae issues, I would hate that to start happening but I guess your cycle is done.

my ammonia cycle ended back in september there was not really atrue cycle since i did an immediate transfer of cured rock into my DT and then cycled dry rock in a seperate container to fill it out. I have already gone to battle with diatoms and green hair algae which is the reason why i am running phosban reactors now. I would not hesitate to put just about any fish into my tank as it is for the most part ver very stable as far as the parameters are concerned. The only ones i would shy away from are ones that need an esablished system with lots of pods etc for feeding.

Is there some reason that you are not adding to yours?

No its a stock 1994 Mustang GT convertabile

ah ok, i thought you were saying you had a 03/04 cobra. Mine is a money pit and then some. I am hoping to break the 900 rear wheel horsepower mark in 2010. I need to add another fuel pump though so i can turn up the boost a bit higher. It has made a best of 805 hp and 887 ftlbs of torque so far but was running out of fuel in the higher RPMs. So it sits at 800 hp and 860 tq @ 23 psi for now. once i get the pump in i am going to try going up to 30ish psi.
