My office tank

I recently upgraded my light to and the flow with 2 new power heads. They are Koralia 1200gph that cycle on and off creating flow in different directions. I am removing the foxface and the pink spotted goby from the tank to give to a friend. They are both getting big for this 45 gal tank. Not to mention the goby eats my hermit crabs and a peppermint shrimp. I would like to start buying corals. I can afford a $500 dollar upgrade.
Do I have to much flow?
Any suggestions on my system?
What should I purchase next for my aquascape?

Can you post a larger pick? I have herd that the koralia's do not do well when cycled? Just what I read, no exp with them.

Cope, problem with cycling koralia's on and off a bunch is simply the noise associated with the impellars starting up. They click a little. That and continual treatment like that may wear em out sooner. But that goes for most powerheads.

Ha My rio's click like you would not believe, and they been going strong for a few years now. so if that is the problem I would say go with it. It dose scare the fish when the click, but only for a sec.

The clicking isn't bad. The skimmer makes more noise. That was my first picture post. Takes some getting use to. I'll try again. what is a good resolution for posting pics? Anymore comments about what i should purchase next?
