MY Orange Coraline/Sponge?

Here are a couple pics of my tank, can someone give me some advise on how to get the orange coraline to grow? Whats the best way for me to take care of it.

sure it's not a sponge? never heard of orange coralline

Thats what someone else called it, so Nebie me thought that person knew what they were talking about. So no Im not sure at all. If its a sponge, how do you take care of it, and get it to grow faster?

Looks like a sponge to me

Could be sponge or it could be a type of encrusting algae.

Not much you can do to help it grow. just avoid placing any corals on it.
I have one or two small spots of this same oarnge and a purple encrusting algae on my rocks.

it definately looks like a sponge to me or a live rock that has been just placed into a tank.. some coraline out a water for a long period of time changes color
