My plan of a 125 gallon build

Simon, your tank looks awesome, i'm hoping my tank will look even half as nice as yours some day when i'm done!

Outstanding build Simon. I followed it from the beginning. It's wonderful to see the growth of coral over time. Everything looks very healthy and happy. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with all of us.

To make room for new corals, I do have a few pieces of corals that I would like to sell. local pick up only, no shipping.

Florescent green leather -The colony in the front. This is a fairly large coral about 7" x 6", $60

I thought I would post a short video showing off my tank

My sandbed is covered with hundreds of this small snails which I believe is called Cerith snails. I thought I bought about 30 or so of them 10 months ago and they just keep multipliing. Is there such thing as too many snails in a tank? They seem to do a good job in keeping my tank clean of detritus and alage.

snails poop a lot, and they also die off almost as much as they reproduce, so the only concern i would have would be to keep an eye on phosphate and nitrate levels, and to keep up on regular water changes. some of the poo can actually be food for some corals, as can the tiny bits of algaes and detritus they stir up, so as long as the water chemistry stays good, let them do what they do.
if your population gets to plague porportions, you can always share them with fellow aquarists.
