My Reef after 1 year of evolution

Amazing!!! You've done in your first year that many could hope to do in our life time:) I'm going to have to look into the Zeovit method now:) Thanks for sharing and keep up the amazing work..

Hey man!!!

Amazing colours, I think in a few months your tank cloud be picked as TOTM.
It would be a great thing having a brazillian TOTM.

Hi Andre,
You are a gentleman.
I will be very happy if one day be named, however I am already very happy in could post at this famous forum. Actually I believe that my reef still has something to develop in order to reach this honor.
Have a great Day!

Hello newbie916,
I'm grateful with your post!
The tank already has one year and five months. I need to ask to alter the title of my post.
Hugs!

Any tips or tricks to your zeovit method or do you follow the standard method?

Hi clowndude,
I follow the full method and use the products that made improvements in my system. Some posts behind I placed my weekly spreadsheet of application.
A thing that I always do is to measure the potassium to maintain that mineral in the correct parameter. I use the test of Korallen Zucht.
I make changes of water weekly. To the whole 105 gallons.
I change all the lamps T5 every 7 months and HQI's every 10 months.
I hope you understand, therefore my English is terrible.
Thanks.<O:p</O:p

Thanks for the reply. I understand you perfect. What range using the Korallen Zucht test kit do you try to keep your potassium at? Do you dose any iodine supplement at all?

Your tank is full of coolor! It's an inspiration for my 93g cube that I am in the process of putting together. I'm going 8 bulb t5 and am hoping for the corlors you have. Keep up the good work!

Hi clowndude,
I admit that the test of potassium of KZ is not very easy of accomplishing the reading. I try to maintain my K between 350 and 400 mg/L. I would like to buy the test of RedSea, but I'm waiting for my KZ to end.

I dosed 5 drops of Lugol 15 in 15 days, but now I stopped because I'm with many of algae Derbesias and Briopsys. When I combatted AEFW I left the precarious preventive maintenance and my wife asked to buy a Zoanthus and I believe that he came full of these algae.

Hello dvanacker,
As always you are being very pleasant!
I need to buy a lens of 100mm to give some shots macro. I see your beautiful shots in your post and I try to do miracle with my lens.

Hi my friend,
I believe to be getting better little by little with the pictures. I am terrible photographer, but very stubborn to give up easily.
A hug.
