My reef after Santa's visit

what is that last fish?

The last fish is a catalina goby and prefers colder water tanks with temps of 68-75°F. Dosent last more than a few months to a year in warmer reefs.

Looks great. Which items were Christmas gifts? Does it say that your tank is 300 liters?

Thanks to all of you for your comments. I expect also some comments to improve my reef. Unfortunately, it's just 80 gal, I have not more space for a bigger one in my flat.

Altpers0na. The fish you asked is a lythrypnus dalli. The tender told me that it cans support low temperatures (i.e. 15ºC). In summer I'll haven't problems because the nano is around 25-26ºC with 2 Tunze fans. The big reef has an Hailea cooler.

thor32766. I've 2 clowns. They became a pair some months ago. They are in my reef since 8-9 months aprox. They live in their nem (Entacmaea Quadricolor) and I hope they will have some small clowns in the near future.

How long have you had the Clown tang?

I tried several in my 180 and both ended up dieing

I doubt the Clown Tang is going to be kept long... they get much too large and nasty for an 80g. I wouldnt put one in less than 250g.

Chihuahua, yes, you're right, my tank is 300l. The christmas gifts were the catallaphylia and the last fich in the nano.

kdblove_99 and hahnmeister. With Clown Tang do you refer to the Acanthurus Lineatus? I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with some names in english. In this case, I have it since july-august (I think, I don't remember exactly). I know that it will become bigger in the future but I hope to get a bigger reef also. I I can't I will give it to some friend with a bigger reef. By now, it's really good and healthy and there is not any problem with the other fishes...In any case I think that 250g-900l aprox is not necessary for this fish, only for huge animals.
