thanks guys. couldn't play much with the space now... almost full. Tried to fit in a nano stream but looks gigantic when it is in there.. anyone uses a tunze mini here? does it create a turbulence flow? saw a propeller at the output of the mini pump... any advise?

sure. ill snap a pic of the light for you Mex later alright? i am in the office now ..

That's looking real good almost like your corals are going to bust out eventually. But you can frag them if it gets too crowded. How long has it been set up? Nice colors.
I think 3 fish may be a lot with space taken up by corals rock and PH but if theyre getting along okay?

Sorry I cant answer your flow question I'd like to know the answer myself

thanks dastratt, this tank has been up for about 10 months exclude cycling period of a month. i started all the sps from frags max size of 1.5 inches. Some of them has overgrown my tank especially the monti caps. but frag session will be done very soon. I had already reduced some bioloads from 5 fishes to 3 now due to NO3 problem. Manage to bring down my no3 from 50 to 10 now by reducing fishes and a refugium for algaes behind the tank lighted by a 11W tube. But my target is to bring it down to 0. Might proly take out the false clown and see what happens. Been changing 50% of the water but the No3 still remains 10ppm. Any idea why?

it may because of the substrate...looks like crushed coral if i am correct. that will trap a lot of waste and it will give you problems with your parameters.

ohh.... so what should i do in order to make the No3 lower? should i just change the LR to new LR? or should i go for a bare bottom tank? I would do anything just to make the no3 lower. What if i take out all the fishes and place it in the quarantine tank. and let the main tank fishless for a month or 2. should the no3 go lower?
