No, it's having a baby.... The smaller one you can see it growing from the foot and has been doing so for the last month..

Very neat. I've heard of another case of H. magnifica budding. They are capable of budding, cloning (which is what mine did), and sexual reproduction.

the baby is feeding, a gave it a small squirt of brine shrimp and it ate the lot
