hw much live food do you offer them ? not copepods n the tank, but like live gut loaded brine shrimp ?

I have been holding back from feeding live food since I hear reidis can get spoiled ! and not accept frozen anymore lol

The H. reidi are no more spoiled than any other species of seahores.:wave:

My H. comes & H. reidi gets a daily feed of live mysis & frozen. I cannot get PE or Hykari brand mysis here. So for me, live gutloaded mysis is the next best thing.

ahhh I wish I could get some live mysis, soooo expensive around here though :S lol

live is always better than frozen though u must have some happy horses lol

The mysis are cheaper than the frozen for me. But I know that I am taking a risk with them.

we feed once a day, and offer about a cube of Hikari mysis per feeding. however, the tank has a good amount of macro in it, and it harbors a nice pod population for feeding at leisure.
