My Slice of Heaven...

Looks very nice :)

Does your blueface hide a lot? I found in my tank my blueface did, I assumed the bigger emperor was just keeping him in line but in your tank that doesnt seem to be the case yet he still is reclusive... I dont think I'll own another blueface again if they all hide like that for the most part.

Interesting, in the initial image in your post that you click to see the video, it looks like a maroon clown pointing upwards instead of a clarion :)

That is indeed heavenly. I wonder how many people are going to watch that clip over and over with pen and paper in hand, making out a wish list!

And I bow to your aquascaping skills. The shapes and the layout make plain white rock and sand look almost otherworldly, instead of boring. The blue background really makes everything pop. Outstanding!

I am glad that I posted the video here as I forgot to outside of my build thread in the large tank forum...I almost forgot about my addicts in the Reef Fish forum!

Thanks Grant! The blueface does spend a lot of time hiding in caves, but does come out quite often to swim around. Regardless of his reclusive nature I still think the body shape and coloration is one of the best of the bunch and would not trade him for the world...well maybe ;)

WOW Man!!! that is awesome!
Thanks Ryan...just wait...it will get better

NNIIIIIICCCEE....

Matthew
Thanks Matthew!

awesome fish i love the conspiculate the most but all of those fish are on my have or wishlist!
Thanks Kinlayan! The conspic is #2 in favorites for me. The clarion still holds the crown of favorite fish as I waited for almost 5 years on that bad boy and it is my second one!

Rare fish after rare fish amazing collection!
Thanks Jordani!

I love it! :inlove::inlove::inlove:

All you need is a clipperton to top it off!!
Thanks Chris! Add your pair of interrupa and it could be even better ;) As for the clipperton...it is on the list and was on its way to my collection before the entire debocle last time. I dont know when they will be collected again (there is a lot going on to try). I am betting 2 years...you WILL see on in the tank at some point in time...

and the award for sweetest fish collection goes to.........
....the ocean! Without her...none of these fish would be possible...oh and my wife for still thinking these are inexpensive fish :love2:

Gorgeous. I absolutely love angels!
Thanks Steve! As you can see they are my love as well...!

That's real purdy!
Thanks Bax!

great piece of heaven that is!
Thanks Gasman! There is more heaven to come once the true personifer and the fuscipinnis come out of QT in 6 weeks...and maybe a mate for the fuscipinnis down the road...

Thanks Velvetelvis! I use a pencil instead of a pen as my list changes daily based on what I see available ;)

As for the aquascaping i really appreciate it. That is another one of my addictions in this hobby. I collect live rock like fish...if it is a good looking piece you bet it is coming home. All the rock in there was live at one time, but I cooked it all to make sure there were no parasites to cause harm to my collection. In the past couple of weeks iit has started to color up and looks really good now...I cant wait for the coraline to take hold.

Most impressive collection of fish! They all look so fat and happy :) thanks for sharing
Thanks 29Reef! They are fat and happy!

I would give my left *** for a clarion always enjoy your tank, I have a 300 fowlr also and so far I have a juvenile blueface and sub adult queen waiting for a imperator probably going to wait another 3 weeks before looking for one.

you have a nice tank!

what angel do you think will go the best with a kingi
a clarion or a conspic
In a 190g tank

I dont know about the Kingi...there is only 1 that I know of in captivity in the US and it is by itself in a 300g tank. It is similar to the bandit angel and assuming it is and the clarion is smaller and less aggressive, I would say go with a personifer, blueline, maze, or other
