My small fish disappearing in hyposaline

I'm about ready to increase the saline in my 125 back to normal. The last few weeks, however, my 3 chromis, and royal gramma all disappeared one by one. Now the smallest clown is looking poorly. No one has been chasing anything that I can see. Salinity- 1.008 PH- 8.2 Ammonia- 0 Nitrites- 0 Nitrates- up to 20 ( skimmer not working very well) Temp-78. Remaining fish- foxface, 2 clowns, kole tang, powder blue tang, 6 line wrass, 2 engineer gobies, midas blennie. Any ideas?

My guess would be the sg stress, but I have never tried hypo so I don't know.
