Thanks J, this tank is running for 1.5 year now but SPS frags were introduced from the last 8 months.

The vodka dose is a kind of try and error, like a lot of things in marine aquarium

Yes the tank is placed in the balcony area. Just in summer the tank receives some direct sunlight for about 2 hours.

Frags came from lfs and friends tanks. Yes I dose vodka without any regular schedule, I'm a airline pilot so I can't do anything so much steady. In my opinion each tank is very singular and the best way to dose anything you want is by observing your own tank and it's need. Forget about recommended values that you read in internet. Your corals/tank will tell you how much they need. Spend hours watching them. :thumbsup:
