i see a 7.5" for $160. and a 7.5" gigas turns into a 10" gigas in the blink of an eye. and the only reason they expect 160 for this one is because big clams don't ship well and they gotta cover themselves on their 14 day guarantee. just because a small clam sells for 40-90+ doesn't mean that a clam 4x bigger is worth 4x+ as much. like i explained in an earlier post, big clams are a buyer's market. price is based on demand and there simply isn't as much demand for big brown clams.Even Liveaquaria sells their 10" gigas for $400.
