My TTM experience

I just tried TTM for the first time with a QT full of very ich invested fish. Lost a kole eye before starting TTM and had a royal gramma lookin gone.

Started treatment, used 2 small heaters, 2 small power heads, 2 14 gallon clear plastic totes. I added a little prime to the mixing water ahead of time (for some reason my "new" saltwater registers for slight amonia, maybe from TDS from rodi) anways I transferred every 3rd morning as outlined below. Added prim on middle of day two to be safe. fed every day twice a day and a feast on the night before transfer.

Amazingly the royal gramma pulled through and is looking much better and he was in baddddd shape, laying on side gasping....

Also, had a flame angel, a bangai card, a fire fish and a canary blenny come through fine.

Thanks to Steve and everyone else who helped spread this info. Was easier than it sounded.

congrats on your success. just reading about the ttm procedure had me cross eyed and my head ready to explode but once i broke it down into steps and actually did it, it was easy peasy.

Its great to know it actually works. I do it for all my fish, but I never saw ich before, during or after the treatment so I always had to hit the I believe button to know it was working.

Ich does not have to be visible to be present. I cannot stress that strongly enough.

It works! I just completed TTM on five fish. Two were showing symptoms of crypto when it started. Now all are symptom free and staying in quarantine for a while just to be safe. Thank you all for your help!
