I am guessing you have a 6105? 6125 would not have a power supply and is not controllable. That looks like a 6105 with 6205 cover. Have you checked that the propeller and magnet are not just stuck to the shaft by calcium or sediment? This is the most common culprit, the prop and magnet spin on the shaft and if they are stuck to the shaft, the pump will shut down. Typically for calcium to build up to this level takes at least 3 months, but fine sand or detritus can get caught and cause this and if you had a calcium snow storm or dosed calcium near the pump it can happen within a month.
If you have verified that is not it, send in the pump and power supply, within a day of receipt we will have it repaired, it will be a warranty repair so long as none of the external electronics got wet. Include a note with return address and phone number.
