I've had two long-term resident blood shrimp just disappear! They are large enough to easily see and there aren't any areas they could hide where I couldn't find them. I'm wondering (and worrying) if my large majestic angel or my large tangs could have had a snack if they were molting? I've had them over two years and no one has ever bothered them. Any thoughts? I have a 210 gallon tank.

This is a very common issue, for ages it was okay and then gone.
The dynamics change constantly in reef aquariums and as life ages they to change in how they do things.
Those fish species can not be trusted with shedding shrimps and many other invertebrate life forms.
If feeding is reduced, there's a risk, it temps change there are many risks to them due to attitude fluctuations in reef life, if a shrimp is amongst a bad shed due to inadequate feeding to enable a fast shed, which signals a risk to them when others sense this.
If during shedding and additional beyond the usual of hormones are produced this brings on fishes instincts to attack the shrimp as it is with all crustaceans.
