I have had a green Gigantea for about 9 months and I recently picked up a blue Gigantea as well. Both came from a LFS and went through Cipro treatment for at least a week before going in the DT. A pair of Booyah's onyx Picasso clowns host in the green gig.
I have a standard Hydra over the green Gig and after about 2 months, he moved from the bottom of the tank to near the top. I think the standard Hydra is just not enough light for him on the bottom. I also feed very sparingly to keep it small, at least until I can get a larger tank.
The blue Gig is larger and still a recent addition, but there is a Hydra 52 over him and he appears happy so far.
The color in the pictures is a little off the due to LED's, but the green is a basic green (not fluorescent) and the blue is a nice true blue (not purple).
Thanks!
