Mysterious Angelfish Death

Hello Reefers! Today is a sad day for me. My 3 year old angelfish was doing one until I came back from the gym. There she laid at rest being sucked in by the overflow. When I got her out I checked for signs of injury, disease, etc. Nothing. All my other fish, crabs, Shrimps, and corals are doing just great. I wanted to ask for advice. Is this is warning that something bad is coming? I would post my water parameters but being a college student money is tight and I just used my last test a week ago. As far as upkeep I perform my water changes once a week on my 75 gallon tank. Was her time simply up? Or is something wrong? My salinity is approximately 1.023 with a ph of about 8.2 and nitrates have never gone over 20ppm. I also turn on my lights at night due to cheaper energy rates so is that an issue? Am I not allowing enough bed time? I apologize for any gramatical errors and changes in subject every sentence for I am on my iPhone and I'm kind of on SMS mode lol.

She looked just like this. Rip my friend.

I am not seeing anything intrinsically wrong. Was she fat or skinny? What did you feed and how frequently?

i kept a bicolor for 6 years and also one day just found it dead sometimes it isnt disease but just old age, one isnt sure how old the fish is when you buy it, so you may have had it for 3 years but how old was it when you got it? Most people cant determine this

She was normal. After I put her in a ziplock bag I felt her stomach and there was some food in there but she didn't look bloated. I usually feed once or twice a day.

Oh yeah I see what your saying. *sigh* my tank feels so empty now.

Yes, unless you purchase only juveniles (and there is value in that strategy) you have NO IDEA how old the fish might be.
