They look to me like a Nuc Green lighting morph.

not green stardust PE's since those have purple/red ring around the green and have more pronounced speckles.

ive been looking everywhere for a ID but nothing.

Those are protopalythoas in the mold of Nuclear Greens , purple deaths, Capt.Americas and Unattainables. there are also ones called camo's, army and other funky names out there for these polyps if I remember.

searched for camo palys, army palys and still none are even close to being a bright as these.

take in mind that the pic was takin with my LG dare (phone) and a 16x magnifying glass (poor mans macro lol) so the colors are a bit dulled
