Name that Creature

Ok, in one of my new rocks I got there's these "legs" that come out all over it.

Some of these legs are 3 or 4 inches.

They're clear/grey with black stripes.

Sorry I don't have a picture, they don't show up in pictures.

But there's like 10 or 15 of them.

At first thought I thought they were one bristle star until I saw a bunch.

I would agree with capo I've had them for a long time they seem to be scavengers that mostly come out at night.

Sounds like micro stars...good to have if that is what it is. Other than that I am seconding red sand hopper. lol

I was considering it could be a red sand hopper. but I haven't found a picture of one online. it also doesn't look like my other red sand hopper. go figure

maybe spegetti worm. there are many different kinds of them.
i had/have at least 2 different kinds

ok, here's a picture of a leg.

This "thing" is 2 inches long. I'm looking at 5 of them coming out of the rocks at this moment.
