Nano cube 12dx stock lighting problem

Hello
I purchased 2 replacement bulbs 24w 13" and they wont turn on.
So I put the old ones back and they work?
Any ideas they are pc straight pin design

i would say you got to bad bulbs go to www. nanotuners.com 9.95 pc lamps and thay are great guys
