nano light advice: t5 or pc ?

I know I have asked similiar recently, but I have myself more confused now.

what would be your lighting preference for a 12 gal nano that is 14 inches wide?

I can't decide over T5 or pc?

Go with t5s. I had PCs over my 10g and would have went with t5s if I know what I know now......
