Does anyone make a nano overflow for a ten gallon? I want to add a 10 gallon sump/refugium for my 10. I am too afraid to drill.

Give drilling a try.
It really is quite easy and if you mess up 10 gal tanks are pretty cheap. You can find drill bits for glass on ebay that, run about $6-12, will do the job. Plus you will have the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
If you are still afraid ask at your LFS because a lot will do the deed for about $30.
