Nano skimmer not producing foam

I have a Tunze nano reef pack on a customer of mines aquarium. The thing has worked wonderfully since I put it on about a month ago. In the last two days it has stopped producing a foam so I decided to clean the venturi. After disassembling it I had noticed there way a bit of slat creep and something like a lime or calcium deposit in the clear elbow that plugs into the venturi. After cleaning it out it now produces little to no bubbles at all. I am not even getting that much water pressure out the top of the skimmer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

I would clean it again and make sure the airline nipple inserts through both nozzles, the venturi nozzle has an inner white nozzle and an outer brown nozzle. The venturi and pump likely need cleaning as well. Clean everything with vinegar and a brush.
