Nano Stream 6025 Stalling

My 6025 has been stalling, and has had a difficult time starting up. I now need to blast it with a turkey baster to get it going. It is also making some chattering noises. I just cleaned it to see if there might have been some gunk causing problems, but that was not the case.

Also, several of the "C" brackets have lost their tabs and one has cracked. I super glued the brackets and that did the trick. I was surprised to see this type of a problem with a Tunze product.

Has anyone ever experienced these types of problems in a 6025, or am I the only one?

Let me know.

the brakcets are a known and documented issue that tunze has resolved and roger can send you a new version if he has them or if he does not I am sure he will when he gets a shipment of them in again.

when you cleaned the pump did you notice if the shaft was firmly in place or if it was loose? Does it only chatter at startup?

The shaft is loose and falls out of the magnet. One end looks rusted/corroded and it appears to be broken off.

Send me the complete pump with holder we will send you a new replacement.
