Its made by a UK company called ClearTides (Availible in the US), I thought had gone under as there website is down, but LFS just says they let it drop. They do the NAnao model, 40gals tops, and a Midi model. They dont do the joined pair for large tanks as the process dosent work as well. It cost me Ã"šÃ‚£55 about $100.

Now, before I fit the sump, with Retro fit Metal Halide 150W, kept 1 T5 running an all Blue Tube.

Sorry misssed the cutting bit .. I cut is on a Saw table .. cheap one from B&Q .. homedepo to you .. easy to cut with the right blade.

What size is a mini T5 in inches? People seem to ask for those pretty often, and I've not seen any yet.

I used the Interpet 24w 12" but I hear the ASL's are better with longer lasting bulbs. I got what was the quickest to ship at the time

I had two 12"s over my tank, half white half blue. Then I swapped them for a 150w MH. But I got a 14k and missed the evening blue only so put a single all blue back in with the MH.

kmacartney - Cant find a US retailer, they only seem to be in the UK so far. I havent fitted mine yet, but the Local fish club has used / sold loads, and there are good reports so far.

chuck22689 - The LED bulbs were from eBay, and the lamp holders were from a local hardware store in a set of 3, designed to be fit into ceailings.
