Nano Wavebox: wave height

Hi! I've owned a wavebox nano ever since it became available here in Norway, and while I really like the concept (as do all my corals) I'm somewhat baffled by the different results people are getting. Or rather, the different maximum wave heights people are achieving. Why is it some people are repoting crazy wave height that needs to be dialled down, whereas others (like me) get maybe 1/2"? Any tips on placement that might not be in the manual? Btw, I'm using the 7096 Multicontroller to set the frequency and have had the pump running 24v ever since I first set it up

I assume some of it is just exaggeration, some is whether you measure from one end to the other or the middle to the end. I always state from middle to end, but end to end would double the height as a 1cm wave would be 2cm if you count the -1cm on one side. The most important thing is that the power supply is at the full 24V and the box sticks out of the water about 2cm.

The latest ones use jumpers, a clear two pin chip that sets the voltage, in the box the power supply came in was a small bag of 5 jumpers, one was preinstalled.

It is a very small bag, about 6cm by 4cm, but if they are missing, if you write the factory your details they will send them.
