nano wavebox

I just purchased a nano wavebox ... tried it out and i love it so far ... quick question ... on the controller it has an option for a master and slave pump ... can i run 6055's on teh slave pump cable with a y connector to run 2 pumps?? if so, how fast will the pumps run and i assume they will pulse like the wavebox?? Thanks.

If the 6055 is your only other flow, I would run it seperately for directional flow. You can use it on the slave cable next to the wavebox and it will be timed to the same frequency and result in a small boost in waveheight.

Thanks ... I will likely lean towards using the wavebox coupled with 3 6055's for directional flow. My real hesistation lies in how i control the pumps ... i wanted to have one 7091 dedicated for a 6055 as the pump on a battery backup setup and the other 2 would be for supplemental flow ... would you recommend the 7095 (already own one) for the 2 separate pumps, 7091 with safety connector for third 6055 and the 6091 for the wavebox?? Thanks.

You could use the 7096, it basically is a 7095 and 6091 combined. The 7091 is a nice redundancy for the emergency back up pump.

roger - do you think i would get adequate flow in my tank for sps if i went with the nano wavebox coupled with a 6105?? i would prefer one pump as opposed to 3 smaller if i can for a cleaner look ... of course, i could look at the 6205 ... i would still plan on using the battery backup with 7091 for power outages on the separate pump - thanks.

Hmm, it could work, but you would likely run it on the lower 12V setting. I would probably use 2 6055 and the Nano Wavebox, that should be enough,
