Nano wavebox

Hi, My name is Jeremy and i live in the Austin area. I purchased the nano wavebox from Aquatek and wanted to know how i could go about possibly getting it fix if it can be. I think the pump has gone out, I removed the box and cleaned everything but when i reinstall it all it does is pump once or twice then stops. If i take a pair of tongs and tap the side of the box it will pump another 2 or 3 times then stop again. LMK

Have you removed the drive unit (magnet with propeller) and checked that it is not stuck to the metal shaft? This would be the most likely culprit. You could drop it off at AquaTek or stop by here on Tuesday or Wednesday between 9:30 and 1.
