why not just make your own ATO? you can make one for less than $15 and its take about 10mins. The tunze system is good but not $200 good.
the nanostreams have a wide flow so it won't be too much for your tank at all. you can even add a second one if you want.

you can use a filter sock, it will get rid of most of your microbubbles. and since your tank is new it will create more microbubbles too, everything will settle down once your tank matures a bit.
when you replace your sump, you will be getting a bigger one i'm assuming, it will be able to handel more flow and will be able to dissipate more bubble before they reach your display.
