Nothing like seeing natural behavior in captive reef! Great job with your tank so far and thanks for sharing the nice photos!

Today I was trying to pick up a used tank for a sump and got a couple little frags. There little but still cool. I need to just order my new tank so I can get moving.

What do you use for calcium and kalk for your 75?

I like picking the fish out in person better too, but sometimes you can't. Glad to hear your fish surived!

That is why you order from the divers den :)

IMO the Dr.s have the best aquarium shop in the world.

I don't dose anything for my tank. I don't really have any corals that require it and with regular water changes my calcium hoves at 380 to 400.

you can dose Randy's 3 part. Its the cheapest way to maintain calcium, alk and mag.In a heavily dominated sps tank I used to go threw alot of it.Kalk wasn't enough. You may get away with just kalk if your demand isn't high.

That's very cool and those are great photos too! My Fire shrimp doesn't clean anything; it just hangs upside down under its rock ledge. But, it's getting ready to be moved over to my larger tank, so maybe it will find something to pick at over there.

Thanks. Right now I only have a birdsnest in there. Everything else is zoas, shrooms and ricordeas and a brain really.

Thanks :) Mine hangs upside down a lot too. I think once the fish figure out the cleaning station they might go there more. It's really cute to see.

NG - Those shoots are great! What Nikon was this? Makes me want to go out and buy one:D

Thanks :)

It's a Nikon D50 stock kit and lense.

Tuesday Update!

Everything is going well with the tank so far. I have finally found my purple firefish after a few days, he came out then shot back in so at least I know he's there.

My PBT is doing fantastic and eating like a pig. He'll eat anything and everything. So far him and the Scopas hang out and swim together, no problems. Hopefully as the PBT matures that trend will continue. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am going to be ordering my Tunze topoff this week if it came back in stock finally. The corals are starting to color back up nicely and I am hoping I can start placing them in another week or so.

Other then that I'm just now starting to make a myspace page. It's pretty boring right now, just me and Tom hanging out. But I'm working on it! :) Add me if you want :)

And here is my latest baby that was born. She is a White Faced Blonde female.

She loves to curl up in a ball anywhere warm. They are called bra babies bc they love to snuggle in pouches/bras.

AWWW!

She's really cute! Do you have to have a license to own the Sugar Gliders? And WHERE did you GET them? They look adorable and SOOOO cute!

Its nice to know that your corals are growing back. My father just bought two red Montipora's on Sunday, and he can't wait for them to grow and fan out. One was not in direct light (we have strong lighting), so he had to put it lower to the bottom of the tank. But nice job!
