Oreo is sooo cool. How often do you feed Oreo?
I would have thought they would want to eat your fish, but I suppose you don't have anything small like clowns for him to munch on.

Man, I love Oreo!! For some reason I keep thinking an eel would be a "not such a good idea" for a reef tank! But I want one so bad, you dont have any problems with Oreo do you? I have 6 shrimps in my tank. Do these guys eat shrimp?

Oreo is way cool. You don't see eels in too many reef tanks. I like that.

(I added new pics on my tank thread..click the house!)

Any problem with the eel and nitrates? I had a snowflake before in an old set up, and I'm so tempted to get one in my current tank.
Moray eels are naturally crustacean and not fish eaters. So depending on your definition, they're actually quite reef safe. The issue is the bioload. But if you don't feed them on a regular basis, it is slightly possible that fish will come up with missing.

Hey NanoGurl!
Just wanted to say that I absolutely love looking at the working you are doing... especially what is below the tank. I was wondering if I could trouble you with the inside demensions of your cabinet. I am starting a 75 gallon soon and am in the intense planning phase (as this is my first large scale reef). Love the tank! Keep it going and good luck with the move!
