Nanostream 6025 not working

Hi Roger,

I bought another Nano 6025 3 months ago and the clip broke and the impeller has been stopping and now it will not start. I would like to send back for a new one. Please advise. Do I send it to you?

Yes, Include a note so we know what we are looking for. The clamp is obvious but if the motor has no obvious defect it may be overlooked.
