Nanostream 6025

Hi Roger

I have a 6025 that's rattling like crazy- at first it won't even start. I'm not sure what happened but I opened it up and this metal thing that holds the propeller is loose?

Can you please let me know whats going on.

Yes, the shaft has broken, send me the complete pump and we will replace it. We use a titanium alloy shaft now so this shouldn't recur.

I will send it out this weekend. I understand you guys get pretty busy, but out of curiosity how soon can I get the pump back? Also, I have another 6025 thats working fine, should I send this as a precaution or just wait it out? Thanks again

It is up to you, the change in the shaft occured last July but some older units were still in circulation through the end of the year. Turnaround on our end is 24hrs, to Davis CA is an additional 4 days by UPS ground.
