Nanostream 9045 problems

So I bought my nanostream about 4months ago, and its been working great until a couple days ago. I shut it off everynite, and I tired to turn it back on the next morning and nothing. I took it apart and turn the prop and it started right up. The next day same thing, but today it stopped in the middle of the day for no reason. So I took it apart again looked at the magnet and it looks like the magnet worn down on one side. I know the shaft is glued in place, but do you think it was uneven and thats why the magnet is getting worn on one side? What can I do to fix it? Thanks

So I was reading some posts on here and the one person was having the same problem I had. So I took the pump apart to see if the shaft would come out or wiggle, and it came right out. How can I fix this? Thanks joe

Send me the pump and we will get it taken care of. If the shaft come out there is no reliable fix, it must be replaced.

What do you want me to send, the whole thing with magnets? . Or just the pump itself? The little clips broke off so I had to glue the holder to the magnet, but I would be happy if you just replace the pump. Where do I ship it to? Thank you very much. Joe
