Nanostream holders...

How many folks have noticed that the holders that secure the Nanostream(s) in the tank spread after being underwater for a few months??

I recently removed a Nanostream because the shaft had broken, and noticed that it came out of the holder REALLY easy. And when I got home from work today, another Nanostream had fallen out of it's holder and was dangling by the cord. When I placed it back into the holder, it is really loose and will not stay pointed where I aim it as it vibrates and the cord pulls it into a different direction...

Was just wondering as I have not seen this issue on the forum yet. I have 2 6045's and 1 6025. I think they all use the same holder though. I also remember that they hold the pumps really well when first installed.

A redesigned clamp was introduced 6 weeks ago. They are now much stronger. I can send you one for each pump at no charge if you just PM me your info.

I have 2 6045s that have been working great for ~ 4 months now.
I have the same problem with both clamp. They are actually splitting and now longer hold the pump in place. Rubber bands are holding them now.
PM sent to Roger and thanks for such great customer support

I gotta agree...customer support has been top notch here too!

I got one of my 6045 replacement motors today and should be up and running shortly.

The clamp for my 6025 just broke as well. Do you have an e-mail address I can send my info to rather than PM?
