Nanostream Impeller Replacement

I purchased a nanostream pump one year ago this month. The impeller has developed several problems. The metal shaft has developed corrosion where in contact with the washerlike bearings. One of the bearings has also developed corrosion. The prop and magnet assembly does not spin as freely as when new. I am able to temporarily overcome problem by cleaning the shaft and pushing shaft in and out of the prop/magnet assembly. Getting the pump to start and circulate water is becoming problematic whenever I unplug for maintenance, etc.

Very happy with pump. I would like to keep it going.

Is this under warranty? Do I need to purchase a replacement impeller? If so, where do I purchase it.

The shaft is part of the pump and cannot be replaced, however, the shaft would not be corroding if it was the latest version which entered production about 2 years ago, some dealers had old stock for a while. Send in the pump and we will replace it.
