nanostream recommendation for a shallow reef application

I'm looking to select two tunze pumps for a shallow reef. the tank is 48" by 30". We are looking to minimize surface rippling from the pumps so that the tank can be viewed from the top

current thought is to put two nano stream pumps in a modified or custom made nano stream rock to keep them low in the tank.

what pump combination do you recommend? leaning towards to 6055 (regular) versus the 6095 wide stream, though the sider flow would be great if it doesn't affect the surface too much.

I agree that the 6055 is better suited to your goals of low surface movement. You should be able to turn them down to suit your needs and they should reach the length of the tank. 2 should suffice.
