NARC/CARC Joint Meeting

I wanted to take this opportunity to all who had a part in getting the joint meeting of CARC and NARC together. Thanks Toytek (Danny) for getting the ball rolling on CARC's end and for Tomoko and all the NARC members for making it happen. Special thanks to Chris and Nick and all the Sarris family for hosting our meeting.I'm looking forward to our combined clubs supporting a regional frag swap and looking forward to a working relationship with the folks at the McWane center. If anyone has suggestions for future meetings feel free to post. Thanks Kiran for the goodies. Dobb

It was great to get together with you all. I hope we can have our next joint meeting at McWane Center.
I would also like to thank Sarris family for their hospitality. It's very nice to have a shop that is willing to support local reef clubs.

I would like chime in as well. The whole Sarris family have always been wonderful hosts. This meeting was no different. I look forward to another joint meeting.

I really enjoyed the meeting. I am thinking about starting a small 3 gallon coral tank, but I really have no experience with salt water so I need to do some research . If anyone is interested in some free plants please contact me. I usually have a bunch to give away. It was nice getting to meet everyone.

Hi to all. Though I didnt know about the meeting, I was pleasantly surprised to see everyone there. I was just stopping in to browse around and finally got a chance to put faces with these names. I usually check this forum daily but Ive been so busy lately. Anyway, nice to have meet you all.

Yes, the Sarris' are always great hosts. Thanks again to Chris and Nick and to Momma Sarris for those brownies . And thanks to all who attended, especially the out of town folks. We had a very good turnout.
The regional frag swap sounds very promising, and I was glad to get an update on the McWane Center project progress.
Dobb, it was no problem setting up the meeting, just dont expect me to get up and do any public speaking .
