I can’t answer your question exactly but I run a RO SRO2000xp int on my 150 which is lightly stocked. Which is inbwteeen the 150-200 size wise. It works great with my current bio load but if needed to get a new skimmer I would go larger not smaller. I think a 6” body skimmer will be to small if your tank is medium to heavily stocked

I run the classic version of the RO 150 int. Works great for me. Running it on a 120 gallon tank with a 40 gallon sump with the following stocking. I feed VERY heavily, because it's fun to watch and I like fat fish.

1 Midsize foxface
1 Midsize Sailfin Tang
2 Mature Clowns
3 Mature Chromis
1 Juvenile Bangai Cardinal
